Virginia Early Childhood Needs Assessment Family Survey

The Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) is currently seeking information from families with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.   The survey, Virginia Early Childhood Needs Assessment Family Survey, will capture families’ views on early childhood care and education.  James Madison University was contracted by VDSS to gather the anonymous data. The data will provide a comprehensive landscape of early childhood services currently being provided to its residents and help identify the most critical needs for funding programs and services for children and their families in the Commonwealth and Fairfax County. Participation in the online 15 minute survey is voluntary and anonymous.   Click on the link provided then navigate to the family survey. Http://www.jmu.edu/coe/eere/VECNeedsAssessment.shtml.
