We would like to extend a big thank you to Catherine Whitehead for visiting the STEM Lab and sharing her expertise with Mrs. Price’s fourth grade class and Miss Curran’s fifth grade class. Miss Whitehead is an industrial engineer for Apple Inc. in Cupertino, California. Miss Whitehead became interested in industrial engineering as she loves math and solving problems. Miss Whitehead’s career has allowed her to travel the world, and it always provides stimulating challenges in an amazing work environment. Miss Whitehead encourages all students to follow their passions and to learn as much as possible while in school.
