CELEBRAAAATE GOOD TIMES, COME ON! Third graders were joined by some staff and family members this Wednesday morning to celebrate their first published piece of writing. After completing a rigorous narrative writing unit, they were ready to show off their skills.  Students worked on revising a seed story to watch it grow into a published piece. Some lessons included, stretching one small moment, creating a strong lead, adding dialogue, and finding the heart of the story.  A good time was had by all!
