From March 6 – March 17, Freedom Hill students will be reading to raise much needed funds for our school technology. A flyer will be coming home in Tuesday folders next week.
Plan to attend the PTA meeting on Thursday, March 2 for more information on this event and to ask any questions you might have.

- Thursday, March 2, 7:00pm in the Cafeteria: PTA Meeting about Read-A-Thon
2. Thursday, March 9, 6:15pm: Reading Night at FHES with a special guest author and “Book Tasting” for Middle Grades (3-6). Here’s the link to the book and author.
3. Friday, March 17, at 7:00pm: The Magic of Reading with Brian Richards. Celebrate the end of the Read-A-Thon with a free Magic Show in the cafeteria. This show is designed to awaken the imagination, highlight the fun of reading, and encourage children to explore the library. This reading assembly will inspire your children to open a book and start reading! A snack cart will be available for families who wish to purchase food and Italian Ice. Also, any child who raises $5 or more will get to choose a free book to take home!
